[Warning Light] Help

I have a V plate 2000 belingo. Two days ago I went in my van they was a loud beeping sound coming I think from the dashboard. Next day my battery was flat. Jumped stared and bleeping continued. Key code icon flashing however could still drive vehicle. Today opened van bleeping sound tried to start would not turn over and again flattened battery. Could it be my keys need recoding. Or is it some thing else would be very grateful

I would check the car battery first of all, modern cars with electronics will throw up all sorts of faults if the battery is flat and the voltage low.
