You could always try a mobility car supplier some people also call them captain seats

I found my post and it was something I had seen over on the German Berlingo forum,

http://www.zooom.biz/index.php?id=12&L=1 and while this link is for a different van I remember they had done something with a swivel seat in a Berlingo at one time. Did a quick google and found this -
