You don't need deflectors on Mk3 headlights. I have a letter from Citroen UK stating this. Enjoy your trip.

Turn on the headlights - dip beam -and crawl around in the gutter to find the beams that shine furthest on the left.
Get an assistant to mask the lens with a fingers or two, to find out where these beams come from and apply black tape.
Or just turn the lamp adjusters well down.
UK LAW says you must'nt dazzle, it doesn't say owt about deflectors.

I never used deflectors on my mk2 or my current mk3 for reason that nobody ever flashed me up on dark French N roads. The beams are fairly symmetric with only 2 small points of light to the left. The old type glass headlamps with prismatic lenses dipped sharply to left & it was easy to see where to stick deflectors or tape(I always used tape).
With the modern clear plastic lenses its not really obvious where you do stick deflectors & I don't think they need them. I emailed Citroen Uk & they confirmed they are not needed for the Mk3 at least.
