Headlamp Removal

Hi, I'm new on here and looking for some advice for our 2005 M59 Berlingo. I'm pretty handy with the spanners, but before I start I would like some advice.

We have just moved to France and need the change the headlamps for LHD units.

My question is:
Does the the bumper need to be removed?

Plus any tips on removal if needed.
