Hi guys my 09 berling 1.6tdi has snapped cambelt and probally not worth pulling off the head , if I wanted to put ib a 2.0 tdi would it be a straight swap or is it worth checking damage on a 160.000 mile engine that was good before this never used oil and started in all weathers thanks guys

The 1.6HDI has rocker arms that open the valves, these are a weak point that break if the piston hit the valves, so the damage may only be the rocker arms if your lucky.
