2001 Multispace Rear brakes - How difficult?
#1
Hi all

Simple question really.

But I am a simple kind of guy. Not a mechanic but always prepared to give stuff a go.

The 2001 Berlingo I bought has the rear brakes probably on a metal on metal level.

Question is........

How difficult are the brakes to redo?

Fitting shoes or possibly shoes and drums if both are knackered?

Thank you for any advice or links etc.

Not too difficult! Done them myself (2000 Berlingo Multispace) and wasn't too bad- have you done drums before?
Haynes was pretty good. Worst thing on mine was seized pipe unions which led to more bits needing replacing.
Drums/shoes came off OK. Take pic with phone so you can see how it went before you dismantle!
