Berlingo door panel pins and inserts
#1
Hi

I had to remove the door panel to get access to the door stop which I wanted to change. I did the job but along the way I broke a few pins while removing the panel. Found pin replacements on eBay.

So far so good, however I noticed the inserts retaining the torx screws (torx screws are concealed in the door handle) are also broken so I can't screw into them.

Anyone knows where to buy them or how these inserts are called in order to make a search online? The inserts are white and rounded and the two torx screws should screw into them.

Thank you

I think (and not just for your specific reply alone) if anyone knows of an online parts catalogue for the Berlingo could they please let us know....This would solve a lot of problems like this as I too look for parts and not knowing the actual names of these makes them more difficult to locate...There are fantastic ones out there for my BMW and I cant see why Citroen don't have one .......

Thank you! I would just now need to find out exactly which captive but will fit in the door. It's tricky. Any suggestions? I bet if I just buy a standard captive but it will be either too big or too small fit

If you have an old fashioned car parts shop the guys usually have trade boxes of fittings. Take yours along and compare and I'm sure you will find what you want.
