Thanks malgpz900 - you may have posted this 3 years ago but they're still trading and I will be ordering one for my 03 1.4i. I just hope such a little engine can cope with the wind resistance!

If you mount the sheets properly you will get added lift at speed!  Big Grin

The most I've carried on my roof at one time is 3x 12mm 4x8' plywood sheets.
(Using Thule roof bars)
But I can confirm that 'It will move'.
The only issue I had was the loose end of a strap that was knocking about...

But remember to check the weight limitations of both the car and rack.
(My bars have a stated limit of 40Kg)

The Berlingo doesn't have the brakes or even grip to force it to cartwheel, even with a heavy load on the roof...
