Hi Eijac welcome to the forum. You could try the original supplying dealer or citroen direct and ask if they have details of the missing socket. Have you searched the car for the socket try all cubby holes is it with the jack and brace. Last resort is you can get removal sockets to get the bolt out but they tend to trash the bolt so you will need a new set of locking bolts. Most tyre fitters have a set of removal sockets.

I had locking wheel nuts on my Pug. The dealer said that they always give bother, and so I removed them, as it makes it easier for the tyre fitter and mechanics. The locking nuts can break down over time. Now seriously: who is going to steal a set of common French alloys?

If a thief wants them and they are for nothing with good tyres on believe me they will have them, even if they only fetch a few quid.

We remove them all the time, although you won't get them off with that laser tool shown above, I weld onto the bolt with the mig welder & use a scroll tool to extract them. The heat from the welder also helps loosen the bolt when they are very tight.
We usually do a set per week, & the cost is £10 per wheel + vat and £3 each for a new normal bolt.
This just give some you an idea of the cost.
