I have the lingo 1.9D 600lx van, and there has been a knocking noise coming from the left hand side passenger foot well so I replaced the bottom steering arm and ball joint assembly after being told by the MOT station there was a little bit of wear they stuck it On advisory...
The knocking noise is still there! Does anybody know what it could be?
thanks in advance

Typically the drop links are noisy even though they will pass an mot at least they are cheap and easy to do.
Mind you I had a peculiar knocking from the front of my van, most odd it was - turned out the road wheels were ever so slightly slack after having new tyres fitted a few days prior !
Try and pin it down and give more info please, only on bumpy roads, all roads, left hand turns, right hand turns, how long has it been doing it.

I had a similar knock. It was a cable with a large rubber bung on it, heading into the gearbox/clutch, that is loose. Still haven't managed to fix it down sucessfully
