CITROEN SERVICE DOCUMENTATION PROBLEM

I was i my CITROEN SERVICE DOCUMENTATION BOX  when all of sudden i stop get it in; i got this screen and when y try to put the vin of the vehicle it returns to me " vehicle not found" . and also i can´t click in the pics of vehicles as it won´t open any page.

can someone help me ?
