Berlingo 2012 Rear Door Stiff

Hi guys,just purchased a 2012  berlingo,the rear doors are stiff ,as in when opening and closing you have to apply a good bit of pressure,how can I adjust them to make them open and close nice and easy

It may be the hinges are siezing.Put some WD40 on them a few times.After it's been on for a couple of days,GENTLY work the doors to & fro adding small doses of the aforesaid elixer.If rust come out,which I expect,wipe it off.When the hinges are free,spray with M/cycle chain lube sparingly.Do this every month or so to keep them in fine fettle.Just the M/cycle lube not WD40.
