          Is It possible to change 2003 rear lights to 2006?

Not without a time machine What's the difference apart from the colour of the indicator lens ? Our 2005 is same as the one on the left

Yes they can be swapped just make sure the lights come from the same version as yours eg tailgate version as I think the lights are slightly different on the twin door version or I could be thinking of the Renault Kangoo.

I have the 2003, and the lights are poor really. When I first got it I thought the bulbs had gone and only the bottom part of the lights were working, but alas the extent of the back lights are just the two small little bottom squares.....let down, but love my berlingo a lot!!!

Yes you can I did the same on mine. Mine is a 53 and the lights were from a 56. The only difference is the colour hope this helps
