Microphone and USB wire sticking out

Bought a 12 reg Berlingo,I've noticed a microphone stuck beside sun visor and i traced some wires and found a small box that said trafficemaster ct02 .Its probably a sat mac but I'm wondering why ye microphone ,could I plug in my sat nav and use it for handsfree

You can receive calls in the teletrac satnav. That's what the microphone is for.

or it could be a phone kit my teletrak is in the bin and phone still works
