Not able to login or reset my password

Hi,

Sorry to post this but unsure how to resolve it. I've forgotten my password - only my mobilesaved it so I can post using it, but when I try to retrieve a new password no email is received.

I'm also not getting email alerts to replies to any posts I create or subscribe to.

How can I get my login password reset and the new one sent to my email please?

Log in on a pc and it asks if you lost password, click on it and it takes you to retrieve credentials. Put your email in and it sends it. It works in a browser on my android tablet as well.

Yup, tried that a couple of times for the last 9 days...I'm not getting any emails. So none with the password reset but also none to notify me of any replies to any threads I've subscribed to.

I've emailed Andre but no answer yet (or that hasn't arrived either), so I can't get it to work.

Each thing I could change in my control panel asks for my old password so I can't change that whilst logged in on my phone either.

I'm stuck...

Bigius - i've emailed you at your d****.b*****@Gmail.com email address with a new password. That email looks like a rude word now i've censored it, but i promise its not.

Missing Emails! Have you checked your Spam Folder?

All sorted now ta, but yes, I was checking all mail folders including the recycle bin.

I have been having same problem couldn't log in or get to reset password for a few weeks.Got it sorted eventually logged in on my iPhone but can't login on iPad
