a couple of cosmetic questions

Hi all, just bought a 65 plate berlingo and was wondering are there any citroen alloys that are a direct replacement? Also seen another van on the internet with what appears to be an aluminium strip fitted to the lower front bumper can anyone tell me is this a genuine citroen part and can it be bought seperately?
