Hi all!,just picked up a cracking little dw8 engined mk1 ( i think ? ) 1999 Berlingo for fishing and lugging my band equipment around to gigs. It's a great little van which is surprisingly nimble. A few little issues with it but hopefully they will get sorted in due course. Awesome forum, it really has a wealth of information for the newbie with a penchant for tinkering.

She's got a few little dings but no rust on bodywork or underneath, a little in the engine bay but i've already attended to that with wet and dry and a coat of Bilt Hamber hydrate 80. ( really good product) When i picked her up the paint was really heavily oxidised so i spent five hours last wednesday Mopping and hand polishing the bodywork to a nice shine. Needs another go though as there are a few bits where i must have got tired as they are not as glossy  .
