Power steering cooling pipe

There seems to be a leak from my power steering cooling pipe. Has anyone ever changed/repaired one?

hi mate , if its the same as the one on the 1.9d thats metal and chaffe's on the body of the van where it goes round the front, mines did the same, i cut the pipe and looped it back bypassing the pipe altogether. no issues after this and used some rubber pipe.
