2007 Berlingo 1.6 16v petrol - I have installed the non-limiting cruise stalk and have tried to activate it in Lexia.
I can find reference to cruise in the ECU and BSI config menus. Not in the instrument panel config like the B9. In the BSI I get the choices for the cruise option are missing/cruise/cruise+limiter I chose cruise.
In the ECU I get three separate choices - cruise (Y/N), cruise with limiter (Y/N) and finally cruise no limiter. That last one, the one I want, only has the 'disabled' (or equivalent word) choice available. Is this the same way cruise is disabled in the 1.6HDi? I was sure I read somewhere someone got cruise on the 1.6 petrol.
I understand the ECU has got to go into the sleep mode to finalise the setting but the hour and a half I left it should do, right?
It's a seimens BSI and Bosch ME754(something like that) ECU.
Any answers or hints greatly appreciated, TIA.
