Anyone have a wiring diagram for the egr connector 1.6 hdi 110 ?

If you are thinking of "fooling" ECU by connecting something, you are out of luck.
Already tried that.

It must be disabled in ECU software.

I have been running my 1.6 HDI 90hp with software disabled EGR for some time now.

I'll keep it as a garage fitted new egr, I just wanted to check 5v references. I looked on diagbox and think I have the pinnouts now. Looking at live data I now think airflow sensor or similar is throwing up the egr codes.

At what RPM does fault comes up?
You can check when you click on fault and the more info

Or you can post screenshot from faults more info...

Also check if your vacuum is operating turbo wastegate.
Both faults, EGR and pressure sensor can be triggered with bad vacuum on wastegate.

It seems you have bad EGR. You can try to clean it but it is likely
that you need to replace it.

I had it replaced, do you think they put a faulty one in?

New one is OEM or Chinese ?

Chinese I bought did not last long...

OEM is made by Valeo.
