Hi Everyone,
This is strange, I've had my 52 plate Berlingo about three months now, yesterday I was waiting for my son to leave work, & quite happily listening to a CD, then I remembered my previous Berlingo had no speakers in the top of the Dash, - the little tweeter ones, so I removed the grills & again no speakers, the wiring & plugs are there, but no actual speaker, is this how all Berlingo's left the factory ? Or by some coincidence they've been removed, I'd imagine there would be quite a difference if i fitted some, anyone tried this ?

I had a 08 basic van a few years ago and that had speakers now I have a 57 forte car and it didn't have any so I went to a breakers and got the tweeters out of a scrapper. I think it was a case each year of how flush citroen were and what they could afford to fit to be in budget.
Are we there yet?????

my M59 has a factory fitted compo set with coaxial speakers in the doors and tweeters in the dash.
Having the tweeters up high will most definitly help getting better sound, compared to having door speakers only. The downside is the horrible speakers they put in the doors as they used stiff paper cones with a featherlight magnet and its actually more a full range driver then a coaxial speaker.
I replaced them for a pioneer ts-q171c set wich are second hand dirt cheap. Together with insulating the doors, they make a very good upgrade, especially if your planning on keeping the factory fitted stereo.

Thanks for your replys,
I shall definitely be fitting the Tweeters, & then decide about the standard door ones, I've got an 80W Pioneer CD Player so would probably benefit upgrading them too.
