hands free problem

Hi all, sorry for all these questions, I have paired my mob phone to my berlingo 2015 model all appears to be ok until I make or receive a call I am able to hear the other person perfectly but they cannot hear me.
Could I have stupidly done something wrong or could it simply be the microphone which I assume is located at the top of the drivers windscreen pillar?
if it is the microphone is this a simple job to replace and is it a citroen part that would be needed?

The microphone you are talking into will be the one for the Teletrac navman assuming you have it fitted?

Hi all, no teletrac navman fitted should it have one as the microphone is in place( or do they all have the mic fitted) I have checked in the overhead console where the interior lights are fitted all is connected with regard to the microphone but cannot be heard when making or receiving a call !!!! Do you think it is a simple matter of replacing the microphone and if so would any Citroen hands free microphone work or would it need to be a specific model?
