Emergency mode of the vehicle's electrical system
#1
Just looking through various parameters while trying to diagnose my faults and i found this!

Emergency mode of the vehicle's electrical system ACTIVE!

This mode is active when the battery voltage level no longer permits a sufficient supply to the electrical components.
BUT! the car is seeing my battery voltage as 13.1v.

I have heard weak batteries can effect components such as egr's etc not to operated correctly.

New battery fitted 7 months ago, goes into economy mode after ignition on for 5 min. I drive 2hrs a day.

My previous codes P0490 P1459

have now become P0405 and P2143
Confused  shoot me!

oh, i did check all egr wiring the weekend and tested it and all was good, still had fault so i drove it for 3 days with maf unplugged as it runs 100%. I connected it back up and that is when these new codes appeared. Only after going to work 1hr drive (when i started it back up the eml came on). NOW though it drives 100%
