I wouldn't expect it to be from the Berlingo.
1/ The bolt has no shank which would imply non automotive useage.
2/ It is made from a low to medium carbon steel ( 4.8 grade ) so not for use in any high strength area which also counters against automotive use.
If I'd found it under my vehicle I'd dismiss it and have a good nights sleep.
P.S It looks like a 12 mm metric bolt with a 19 mm hex head and this is also counters automotive use.

Technically speaking that's a machine screw as it doesn't have a shank Cindy

If it wasn't accompanied by a pool of oil I would not worry about it
So where does this bit go then ?
