Carpet removal

Can anybody give me advice how to get the front carpet out?
I took out the seats, centre console, side plastic trim but i dont know what to do next because the carpet goes behind the dash

I think you have to remove the dash. It may be possible to cut the carpet to avoid it but it would be tough. See the below image to more of an idea what is behind the dash:

Thanks for the pic. I really dont want to take the dash out so i will try to cut it somehow
