how do i change the door lock pins?

I want to change the worn out door lock pins to some small skulls...
The skulls have round bases, and the berlingo oval... should i take the anglegrinder or twist with force to remove the old, so i can change them?
Thinking of attaching them with some superglue after removal...
Any tips out there?

Cant get my head around what you mean  

There may be a language/description problem or it could be me

It took a bit of working out but I think he means the door lock push buttons on drivers and passenger door that you push down to lock and pull up to undo. If it was me I would make the button top flat then use one of the glues that set by ultra violet light to bond the button and skull together. Ive used that glue quite a lot lately and it is miles better than superglue.
