Berlingo Fault Codes

Hi Folks, In relation to OBD fault codes, does anyone know where I can get a list of the manufacturers specific fault codes for a Mk1 1.4 Berlingo Multispace as opposed to the generic ones that I already have. I don't have a problem (yet!) but would like to be ready.

What engine? CNG, LPG, with one or two carbs?
If it's a inj engine, who made ecu? MM, Bosch, Sagem?
Please, provide us a type or model of ecu.

Hi PK, It's a 2002 1.4 petrol with injetion. How do I find ecu make? Would a PM of the vin no. help?

Many thanks for that, it seems what needed.
I've just bought an Autel MaxiScan MS509 (about £80) to try and sort out a problem of overheating with our 2002 1.4 petrol Mk1 Multispace. The only error code it throws up is a generic "P0130 O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1"
It's been into several garages, who have replaced various sensors, but it still happens if you get stuck in traffic. I think it's the fans not cutting in but I'm never there to check if the're running when it happens.

thanks for reply on reader ill have look at that .

my sisters peugeot always throws up that code but runs fine could just be going over the lamda sensors limits known and again throwing up that code or just need a good service but not certain on that just a guess , id imagine that its a coincidence the overheating and the code .

if i was you id just go through usual with overheating issues radiator , pump , fans , fan switches and relays etc.
my citroen relay van did the same overheated all te time it was the fan switch on eside of radiator when i finally got around to working on it.
