[Engine] low turbo pressure

hi, 1.6 hdi van engine management light comes on then goes off,it is on all the time now and garage has diagnosed
turbo low pressure but van pulls fine and runs normaly.has anyone got idea on problem.thanks.

Check turbo wastegate and vacuum operation. It is vaccuum operated, and if there is not
enough vacuum pull then wastegate stays open. That equals to low turbo pressure.
You can find on youtube video how to check wastegate valve.
