Hi fellow Berlingo'ers,
I have been lurking here for several weeks now and finding some invaluable information. Just need to put it all into action! Last November I bought a low mileage 2007 Berlingo M-S Desire 92, not that that meant a lot to me at the time, but I'm learning fast.
While I was still working I had a old Daihatsu Romahome which I part ex'd for a Talisman Autosleeper 5 years later when I retired and which I lived in whilst property hunting in the SW and a year later we moved to a small holding in Devon.
The Berlingo was chosen because it was very practical for collecting sacks of animal feed and for my rather large puppy. Sadly after a couple of months standing outside the front corners of the modutop sealant showed signs of lifting and some of the paint is bubbling, but I have found some very useful information here on how to fix that, so I just have to get brave and give it a go.
I have also decided to hand over the running of the homestead to my son and retire 'again', and I hope you good folks will be able to help me because I have decided to turn the Berlingo into a micro-camper and really have not much idea where to start, lots of questions but I will ask them in the camper section, I am fairly practical with basic tools and my son will help with the electrical, gas and water stuff, but at the moment when I ask about how to do something he asks me something back that I dont know the answer to!!! I've obviously got some gaps........
