i changed the battery on my 2001 berlingo now wont start. It turns over all lights etc work there is a flashing yellow light with a key on dash. It was running OK before i changed the battery. . Any ideas please. All the fusesfuses are ok thanks

Some one sAid to me that the BSI HAS DROPPED THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE KEYS SO NEEDS REPROGRAMMING i tried the window down, disconnecting positive lead side lights etc procedure to no effect. My berlingo does not have central locking or any buttons on the keys so how can I get the BSI sorted thanks

id be inclined to take a feed from the power side of the reversing light wsitch on the top of the gearbox, its an ignition fed supply so comes on on the key, and connect it to the fuel shut off solenoid on the injection pump. car should then start and stop on the key.
youll still have the prettty light on the dash but xmas is coming.
