Parking sensor fitting

Hi from a newbie 
I have a Citroen berlingo multi space 1.4 2007
I am having a problem trying to connect front and rear parking sensors
I've got 5 wires at the rear 1-brown
2-yellow. 3- pink 4- white 5- thick yellow/green 6- light grey  
Could anyone tell me which is red live blue brake yellow reversing I hope someone can help

Not quite sure what you mean but if you undo the rear light it's quite easy to see which metal strip is the earth & go's to all the bulbs & which are the live ones to each bulb. Then you can follow it to the wire
