Not entirely sure but I can't seem to hear anything coming from the dash speakers, only the door ones. I've put stock radio back in now until my Citroen CD player comes. Any reasons as to why the dash speakers only would not work?! Sorry for all of the questions !

You may be in luck and the wiring is under the grilles like mine, I went to a breakers and got a pair with mounting rings out of a scrapper for a fiver.
Are we there yet?????

Despite the tweeters being not as bad as the coaxials in the doors, you'd better find a Pioneer ts-q171c set. They are specially designed to fit into the berlingo and they have adapters to slot right into the existing wires.
I have such a set in my Partner and its a huge improvement.
