Want to stiffen up my van suspension, and poss lower a bit, still need it to carry some weight for work,
what springs and shocks , any advice?.

You won’t get lower springs that are majorly stiffened up unless you get custom wound rears and if your carrying weight the last thing I’d be doing is lowering the vehicle as that will ruin its load carrying capability’s with a generic set of springs unless you don’t mind the arse end sitting on the floor...

Leave it standard if you want it for work carrying weight, that is what it's designed for and if you put enough weight in it will ride lower anyway
So where does this bit go then ?

You might be better off going the wheels/tyres route if you want to get a lower stance/better handling. Lots of threads and pics on this forum.
