Hi,
I am new to the forum, I have a 2007 Citroen. Berlingo van. I have a sticky brake problem. It happens only when weather is cold or damp, only happens first. 2 or 3 times of brake pedal usage. Has anyone got any ideas??

Not heard of this issue affecting many Berlingos, but a few thoughts, could say its moisture getting into the rear shoes. I would suspect it is your handbrake being left on during these conditions causing the problem. On other vehicles i've owned, similar problems have been caused by rust, a possibility? Giving the rear shoes a strip down and clean wouldn't hurt. :thumbs up:

Haven't had that happen on my Berlingo but it did on my last car, a Nissan Sunny. After sitting overnight in very wet conditions the brakes would grab and make an audible "clunk" when first starting off. After a couple of applications of the brake pedal the rust would scrape off and everything was fine.
