power steering leaking

Hiya all, another problem with my van !! I wouldn't mind if I drove it hard but I don't.. It's just falling apart around me..

  I changed the power steer fluid, because it was black and smelly, for some nice red Citroen stuff and now I notice there is red fluid coming from the area around the pipe connections and pressure valve.. I can't see where exactly it is coming from but the area is very clean. Is there a common fault or area most likely to leak on these racks ?
 I have read a few posts saying replace some 'O' rings but where are they ? Also it would seem the oil seal isn't replaceable  so is it just a replacement rack ? I see recon racks are available, are they worth it or should I spend big and go new ?

 I'm only guessing but if this is the original rack it has done 175k miles so pretty good I suppose..

 Any advice on rack oil leaks ? replacement ? identifying the correct rack ? etc..

Anyone ??

  Are these racks easy to replace ? There seems to be two bolt hole sizes, is there any way of knowing which type before ordering ? I don't want to waste my time getting the wrong rack..
