2002 2.0 hdi vacuum problem

i have a 52 plate multispace that drives ok until i apply the brakes and when i let off the brakes the car tries to stall,had it plugged into diagnostic machine no faults recorded any body got any idea

Is that when you're moving, or the car is stationary?

both but think i might have cured it disconnected both the doser and egr solenoid at the t in the vacuum pipe where it splits from brake vacuum hose and blocked it so its just feeding brakes now .car seems faster and brakes seem ok
my wife will be driving to work in it this week so time will tell
