[Brakes] Brake ESGR and Stop

Thanks admin  for adding me to forum. 
My Brake and esgr/stop light all came on this eve when reversing over a kerb to enter my driveway any ideas what may have caused this please .Car is a 1.6ehdi auto 2012 model

spent brake pads/low brake oil level. By tilting the van, the oil level sensor got triggered. Check the level with the van on a leveled surface and refill if needed. Be aware that maybe the brake pads are reaching the end...

Thanks luis it has gone off now and done 60 miles since so assume was a glitch as all levels etc are good . Just been serviced so pads should be good to but will keep an eye on them . Many Thanks ?
