I have a alert but nothing happens when I click on it.Is there a fault?

Yes, I've noticed the same problem, it's not working.
As a temporary measure I got to the alert by right clicking on "Alerts" then selecting open in new tab.

I've been doing the same for a couple of days now. When I click on the alert button it removes the scroll bar from the side of the screen so I have to do a refresh to read further down a page.
So where does this bit go then ?
