conversion woes

Hdi conversion in progress. Unfortunately discovered that kit is from an M49 instead of an M59 despite accurate specifications furnished to breaker. Thus the process also involves adapting it to the current set up. Engine is already out and harness fitted. My radiator/fan has to be used - Anyone know if it will be up to the job?. Power steering will be changed to be for the M59 - mine leaks. Someone mentioned something about dash clock and speedo. Any one who has done this kind of conversion kindly advice - is there any surprise coming my way?

Update: Steering dash and clocks have to be fitted alongside with the bsi/ecu kit so that the car can be mobile while we request for M59 electronics to be sent over. Its going to be twice the job. Grrrr. What a re the key differences between M49 and M59 electronics?
