Interior lights

Hi, 1st post here. I am sorting out my interior lights ('97 600 diesel van) and after popping out the light unit above the windscreen have found
(a) wiring to a multiplug on the lamp
(b) a separate plug with 2 wires and nowhere to connect to?
I have put a new fuse in and can turn the light on manually, but the door switches are not playing ball!
Also the lamp has a fitting for a small 1.2w bulb next to the multiplug, is
this used?
And lastly, where can I get the capless bulb holder? 'cos the rear lamp ain't got one!
Any advice much appreciated, Mark.

it will be the door pin switches mate, happened on mine, they are only a a few quid.

Door switches pulled, cleaned and now working! Cheers!

Hooray!!! I cleaned mine when they first went dicky, it wasn't long before they went again so I replaced them.

They were very acky though.
