Cheap PP2000 OBD Scanner for Citroen&Peugeot

I notice that some of the sets are pictured with a cable that has a connector similar to the one for the 'Main Relay' ?

Good point I left all the codes as I did not see the point of clearing them.

I am no expert so forgive me if I am wrong but mine works with windows 7 32 bit ,It came with two disks maybe one for an older operating system and one for newer ?
