New to the forum.
I have my first Berlingo.
It is a 2004 1.9D 600 LX Van.
Been busy on it already.
It was a cheapy to get me back the road after having a wipe out with an 18 ton lorry!
It was running poorly.
But after having replaced the exhaust back box, draining fuel filter replacing with a new fuel filter, air filter, oil filter and oil change, fixing the rattling air intake, servicing the Dav Comm200 ,
It now sounds and drives really well.
Apart from:
It has a 3rd gear synchro problem. Does not go into 3rd easily. Changing up can be done by getting the speed right and pausing in nuetral a bit longer than normal.
Going down into 3rd is a chrunchy experience so i drop into 2nd..
Alart from that ive tarted up the black plastic and replaced the broken door mirror.
Hope it wil last me a while.
