Drip
#1
Got a drip coming from my centre light at storage shelf, thinking it might be the aerial leaking. Does anyone know how to get aerial off to silicon it? Cheers  Wink

Can you not get access to the aerial base (inside) by removing the centre light?

looks to me like the light is on the shelf, but headlining goes all the way to the screen. That'll be why Geoff said to take headlining out. I was hoping it could be loosened enough from outside.......but nope, bigger job than I thought  Undecided

I see, I thought it might be accessible through the light like on most other vehicles.

I think you can maybe get to it through the light on the modutop version but I can't remember for sure.

Yeah, through the light on the Modutop, that's how I did my 2005.

Might be worth taking the light fitting out just to be sure.

Struggling to see how to get light out. Its got two knobbly bits above it, they seem to be spring loaded. Tried turning, pulling, turning and pulling. Nothing. Don't want to pull/turn too hard, probably break it knowing my luck. Has anybody got any clues as to how to get it out? Haynes Manual is not at all helpful.
