The instrument cluster on my 2001 Multispace 1.4 has taken to working intermittently. None of the gauges or warning lights work, nor does the cluster light up if the headlights are switched on. Usually the display flickers for the first couple of miles, then everything boots up- though often the fuel gauge isn't reading accurately. Sometimes there are spurious warning lights which fail to go out when the ignition is switched off. This drains the battery. It gives the impression that maybe a multi-connector may be loose or contaminated with water somewhere. Any ideas anyone?

Have u checked for water ingress in or around the fusebox, right side under steering wheel, failing that moisture or
Corrosion in the instrument cluster plug itself, my van has had loads of leaks in this area, changed windscreen , and unclogged drains that run into wheel arches, solved my problems , for now !!!
