Running lights loom

Hiya all,

Couldn’t find anything via search,

Looking at installing the proper running lights potentially into my van, having a look around with the undertray off I couldn’t see any tied up wiring for the drl’s, 
The brackets are there behind the blanks, does anyone know if there is an extra loom that is fitted etc, 

I managed to pick some proper Citroen ones pretty cheap and they have a small loom attached to each one but cannot see anywhere they’d plug into, 

I know they’ll need activation to work properly as intended,
