Hello all,

just completed deal on a 67 plate Berlingo van at Motorpoint.  Its a 1.6 bluehdi 850 enterprise 100.  Only done 1500 miles and has 30month warranty left.  Any general tips about anything to look for would be welcome.

I am not a business user , bought the van for hobbies which are fishing and gun dogs.  Looking forward reading and maybe contributing to this forum which looks great.

Am I right in thinking the recommended  frequency is 16000, what would you say is regular.

Half of the recommended at the most - oil is cheap. Im old school mechanic, i do mine at 5k or 12 months.

Interval is now 16k miles or 1yr whichever is first. If your annual mileage is much less than that then Cit dealer service annually will keep it in good order. Mines just going in for it’s first yr service at 11k miles £175.

I won't do more than about 8k a year, so annual service should be ok then?
