Adjusting the 'rest' position of the rear wiper

Afternoon!

The resting position of my rear wiper appears to have moved slightly downward - still on the glass, but doing a full sweep now means it doesn't wipe to the full extent of the other side of the window (I'm only talking about an inch not being wiped - so not a huge issue).

I seem to be able to readjust the rest position by hand, which makes me think something might be loose - any ideas or exploded diagrams of the rear wiper that I can have a nosey at? I've absolutely no idea how this would work, and my assumption is that perhaps there is some kind of screw stop that needs a wee tighten.

If someone tried to operate it when it was frozen to the screen it may have jumped a spine or two, you may just have to undo the nut under the plastic cover at the bottom of the wiper arm, pull off the arm and the replace in the correct position and tighten the nut back up.

Ok, thanks...I am wary of this - frozen to the window - so tend to make sure the window is clearing before I try to operate it...so next question - is what you have described easy to do?

Piece of cake ! Its only one nut to undo , if your concerned, mark the arm in relation to the spindle with a marker pen so you have a reference point.
