Serious Berlingo Problem - Flashing Key Light
#11
broken, i knew i had seen this issue somewhere else. This guy has the immob light and a beep when he turns the key. Follow the thread down to the bottom, someone has put up instructions and pictures as to how to temporarily solve it. Its not a permanent fix, nor am i saying it solves your issue. Just give it a read.

hi, the only other thing I noticed is sometimes when turning the steering wheel the battery light would come on and the van would make a noise, like it does when on full lock and the powersteering motor makes a funny noise. Apart from that, nothing

I suppose that there's no charge of a battery. Alarm system "told you" that there's not enough voltage on-board by it's sound. Try to charge battery and start engine.
How much volts on(in)a battery contacts?

The battery seems fine though, the engine turns over very strong. Just won't fire up due to this fault.

If it's so, then immobiliser blocked electrovalve on high pressure fuel pump(HPFP) or there's no fuel in a pipes.
If you have additional blocking valve from alarm system, just short it.

First diagnostic procedure is to check presence of fuel in a HPFP.

PS. I do not have an experience of ownership of diesel cars, but I had experience of repair the diesel trucks.
In my country engines by Rudolf Diesel are widespreaded on a trucks, locomotives and different military vehicles.
Because it's a heavy fuel and in our country we have strange climate: very hot summer and very cold winter.

hi i know it sounds silly but is fuel getting through crack one of the conections going to the injector just a turn and crank the engine over a couple of times to see if fuel is present also try tapping the cutoff solinoid as it can stick if you have fuel it is not the imobiliser

Well guys, turns out it was a fuse. I went through them and number 10 was broken. So put a new 30w in 10 and it is all back to normal. So if anybody has this problem please check your fuse box!!
