Morning all,
I am new to the forum so apologies if this topic has already been discussed.
I have a 65 plate Berlingo that I have owned from brand new. From day one I have had issues with the 7 inch touch screen head unit. At the beginning it used to reset itself randomly, sometimes it wouldn't happen for a few weeks, other times it would happen a few times a day. Citroen sorted this under warranty by updating the software which seemed to sort it.
After a year it started producing a loud beeping noise from the head unit. This happens from start up and again sometimes it can happen regularly, other times it can go for a week or two without happening. The only way to stop it is by holding down the two volume control buttons to reset the unit. Ive taken it back into my Citroen dealership twice and they have updated the software and say that the master tech cant see any issues or error codes so there is nothing they can do about it unless I bring it in whilst its beeping which isn't a possibility as I run my own business so cant let down clients last minute to drive my van to the garage.
Has anyone on here had the same issue?
