Can someone with alexia enable CarPlay for me?

Hi
I have the latest software installed on my 2015 berlingo enterprise with the 7 inch screen but the dealers are reluctant to help me to turn CarPlay on.  From my research, all that is needed is for it to be enabled through alexia (diagnostics computer) 

Can anyone help me out with this? Either pointing me in the right direction or doing it for me?

It can’t be the latest software. I’ve had CarPlay for over a year now.
